How do I become a member?

Prepare questions about shares, charges and required documents. Contact the SACCO to confirm the requirements and service location.

Can I open an account on this website?

This website provides information and preparation tools. It does not open accounts or receive money.

How do I prepare for a loan?

Write down your purpose, income and expenses. Ask the SACCO for eligibility requirements, all charges and a repayment schedule.

Does a calculation mean loan approval?

No. It is an estimate based on your figures. The SACCO assesses applications and decides on approval.

How do I follow up a prepared question?

A prepared question stays on your device until you send it. If you email it, keep a copy and ask the SACCO to acknowledge receipt.

What if I forget my PIN?

Use the SACCO’s verified recovery process. Never enter a PIN, password or one-time code on this website.

I received a suspicious message.

Do not follow the link or send money. Verify the request through a known SACCO contact, not a number in the suspicious message.

Where can I find fees and rates?

Ask the SACCO for its current approved tariff, including total charges and any penalties.

How can I raise a complaint?

Record what happened, when and the resolution you seek. Send it to the SACCO, retain a copy and request a reference. Leave out account secrets.

Where are my planning figures stored?

Planning figures remain in the open page and are not saved automatically. A question draft is saved on this device only when you choose to save it.
